The Trinity Partnership

Special Education Needs and Disabilities

In this section you will find information regarding the approach we take to the children in our school with special needs. Our SENCo, Mrs Amy Hammond, is on site once a week to support children, parents and staff, and she can be contacted by email sendco@trinitypartnership.norfolk.sch.uk or via the school office.

Here is the link to the Norfolk SEND Local Offer.

Concerns regarding SEN can be raised informally or by using the DEMAT Complaints Policy.
