‘The Trinity Partnership embodies the strength and unity of three schools working as one. The Trinity Partnership aims to engage across schools, churches and communities, working in partnership with DEMAT, governors and school leaders to ensure that life is lived in all its fullness as unique children of God.’
The Trinity Partnership comprises three village primary schools in Norfolk: Duchy of Lancaster, the Norman and Weeting. The Trinity Partnership vision reflects the strength of the three schools working together under an executive headteacher with shared vision and values, and a common curriculum intent with subject leadership carried out across the schools.
The Trinity symbolises the strength and unity of the partnership of three schools through the Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity that God is one in three divine persons: The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit.
The leadership of the Trinity Partnership is strengthened by the three strands of the Executive Headteacher in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team working alongside the governors and the Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust to share responsibility for pupils’ outcomes and ensure all our children receive the best possible education.
At the Trinity Partnership, we have a clear vision and belief that learning will equip our children for their future. We aim to do this through the three strands of:

- Growing and learning together in partnership
Every child is valued, supported and challenged to achieve their very best outcomes within and outside of the curriculum. In a village school environment, staff get to know the children well, developing positive relationships in an enabling environment.
Children understand the school’s code of conduct of three memorable rules:
Pupils learn mutual respect for one another and develop their understanding of British values such as tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith, which are shared by all staff. Staff have a responsibility to provide an exciting and engaging curriculum and pupils should be ready for learning at all times. Pupils are taught to keep themselves and others safe.
