Dynamic and Creative Teachers

Posts are suitable for NQT appointments and those interested in developing their careers

Required for September 2018

The Trinity Partnership is seeking several enthusiastic, dynamic and creative teachers to fill a number of posts in all phases across the three schools. Our schools work together to provide the best for our children, so that they make good progress to fulfil their potential.

A foremost priority for the partnership is to develop children with a growth mindset who will tackle tricky learning in a positive, resilient manner. Our children are used to the enquiry approach to learning and respond well to the positive learning opportunities provided for them. Each school is in a beautiful, rural setting with access to woods for forest schools, rivers for science experimentation and old churches and varied architecture for seeing the development of history. The schools have their individual personalities, all of which are positive and child-centred. Local traditions can provide a natural timetable for the year.

Opportunities for career progression are available for middle leadership across the partnership and also within DEMAT.
