Welcome to The Trinity Partnership
What a privilege it is to be the Executive Head Teacher of the Trinity Partnership and to have the opportunity to lead the schools into a firm and secure future ensuring the children within our area have the best education possible.
I am reminded of the following ancient wisdom:
“A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.”
The three schools: Duchy of Lancaster, The Norman and Weeting, are wonderful, and over the last few years all have endeavoured to respond to the demands of Ofsted, the government, the local authority and DEMAT with rigour, passion and honesty. Together we will be in a stronger place to ensure a high quality of learning, by sharing the expertise and knowledge across the schools in a spirit of trust and generosity to support all children. As you explore our schools I hope you quickly understand how special these schools are and recognise the effort staff put into the high quality teaching and learning the children are exposed to.
Our vision is to be a shining light: attracting the best teachers; exhibiting great understanding of the educational process; responding to the needs our children with understanding, love and responsibility; creating centres of excellence and being known for our sense of fun and joy in the process of teaching and learning. Each school has a colour associated with it and what a wonderful metaphor that these colours together form the primary colours for light: red, blue and green together form white light.
I am excited by my role and understand that to achieve our vision we will need to work closely not only with our children, but very importantly with their families, staff, governors and the communities that surrounds and holds each school. I trust that together we will achieve great things for the children in the Trinity Partnership.
If you have queries or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact me via any of the schools or the partnership e-mail.
