  • The overview of the anonymous Performance Management Objectives ensuring they link to those in the School Improvement & Development Plan and are focused on developing teaching and learning.
  • Ensuring that Performance Management occurs for all staff.
  • New appointments are made following procedures.
  • Contribution to School self-evaluation.
